Reflection Consulting is headed by Rosie Garwood, who has rare insight into the unique workings of a whole range of organisations - their cultures, priorities, language and practices.

She is one of very few people who have worked at a senior level in the public, private and voluntary sectors.

 


Rosie is motivated by success and optimistic about people’s capacity to perform. Her unique package of tools and expertise mean that she can identify behavioural styles, personal strengths, motivations and stress triggers, and offer practical advice on getting the best out of teams and individuals. Rosie is a licensed practitioner for the PRISM Model of Human Behaviour.

From her own experience, at work as well as in sport, Rosie knows that when you are confident, productive and happy, your performance and motivation are hard to beat. It is this drive that underpins Reflection Consulting.
